"We switched our insurance to Randy Reeves because he came highly recommended, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. After switching agents, we never received a welcome call, email, or any form of communication to introduce himself or review our policies. Which is enough policies you would think that someone would be grateful for the business. Since then, every time we try to make even minor changes—either through the app or by calling the office—it shows that Randy must approve them, yet we can never get a the correct assistance in real time. They are closed on the weekends and if you need something minor you will have to wait for Monday and even then the agents do not call you to follow up; you have to call them. Things became significantly worse when we purchased a new vehicle. We were told the vehicle could not be added to our existing policy unless we were replacing a vehicle, which we were not doing. Our household has four vehicles, along with life insurance, an umbrella policy, and our home policy all with this office, yet we were treated like our account did not matter. Instead of helping us properly add the vehicle to our existing coverage and arrange for a vehicle to be removed in one month, a separate policy was created. When the policy was set up, both drivers were not properly added and the account setup was clearly incorrect. We were told coworkers made a mistake and that a regional manager had to correct this issue. Which they did not apologize for a simple "We are sorry" would have gone a long ways people make mistakes. We were also required to pay for the policy before we could even review the coverage details. When the vehicle was eventually added, it remained on its own policy and none of the major discounts from our existing policies were applied. There was no explanation or review—just a charge and a “thanks.” At this point, our account feels completely mishandled and disorganized. What should have been a simple policy update has turned into an extremely frustrating experience with little to no communication or support. With the amount of coverage we carry across multiple policies, we expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. I then had to call again the following morning to clarify the changes and I explained the entire situation the agent Debbie told me to hold multiple times as she was reading all of the notes instead of just listening to me explain. She came back from being on hold only to tell me information that was the complete opposite of what another agent Anita told me yesterday once I asked why they were two different explanations and being put on hold again she retracted what she said and was going to move forward with my request. Leaving me extremely concerned that all the agents are being trained the same way and know all of the rules/laws and policies to sell insurance to customers. After Debbie said she was going to send all of the changes to Kristin to make and she would contact me; I made it a point to point blank ask her "Is everything alright; because I don't feel like a valued customer and my experience has not been great" literally giving her the chance to make this better with a simple apology for my experience and she didn't take it. She said yes everything is fine. My husband and I are both also in the service industry and if my employees or myself treated my customers they way the agents at this agency treated me I would be mortified."
